12 weeks. 160 hours. 11 toddlers & babies. My placement at childcare has officially ended. Although I spent a large amount of time complaining about how tiring it was, the kids made it all worthwhile. They are actually amazing, and making them smile is just the best feeling. I am going to miss every single one of them, I'm going to miss their love for cheese, their (sometimes) toothless grins, and their Weetbix-scented hair.

In other news, I went to the RetroStar warehouse sale yesterday with T. Started the day with a broken eyelash + early morning Maccas. We got both lost and saved by T's GPS navigation skills, finding $15 just lying on the ground along the way. We considered giving up, but I'm so glad we didn't, because I ended up finding some lovely stuff! I rummaged through many racks of clothing and dodged the growing crowd of vintage-hungry indie kidz (no offence!), to find a pastel floral dress, maroon floaty top, a grey woollen jumper, and a semi-space printed dress. I want a light-filled home.

FOREVER ALONE.

Now playing:
Paramore - Let This Go
One day you'll get sick of saying that everything's alright
And by then, I'm sure I'll be pretending just like I am tonight.
